- Ask your bosses, or if you’re the boss ask yourself, what connections do I have in the community? Who do I refer business to often? It doesn’t need to be in the same industry as you.
- Make a list and write down their phone numbers and email addresses
- Email, or preferably call if you know them well, and ask for a link. If they have a ‘Friends’ page on their business site, ask to be listed there. If not, ask to leave a testimonial for their business with a link back.
